I started losing weight in January! I was doing push ups before but it didn’t help much! Then I decided to write you as a fitness professional! I followed your advise and changed my diet (I cut all sugars and salts and replaced processed foods with raw vegetables) I also downsized my portions and started eating frequent meals. I also changed my exercise routine. I started changing everything gradually. I was doing only glutes exercises before but now I do a total body workout! I lost 16 kg!
